CIF PROCEDURES
1. Seller signs SPA & sends it to buyer.
2. Buyer signs the spa with his banks details and returns it to Seller. Copy should be sent to seller and buyer’s banks
3. Within 48 hours, Buyer through his bank issues MT 799 (POF) free message (TEXT in the spa), not blocked funds as Proof of Funds, covering the monthly shipment cargo value , confirming his readiness to issue the BG or SBLC upon receipt of the 2 % non operative P.B from seller's bank . NOTE; upon receipt of the MT799 POF free text message, seller bank HSBC UK gives the 2% performance bond.
Note: Procedures can be negotiated on if buyers proves to be genuine.
